Much Ado About Nothing (at dinner)

At an elegant dinner party in 1945, eight partygoers have decided to act out Shakespeare’s brilliant comedy of manners to entertain their friends - you, the audience. Sitting around the table, what starts out as a simple reading of the play, turns into an inventive and gleeful staging of Much Ado. Actors play multiple roles, working around, on and under the table and using the objects available to them from their dinner. Starring Craig Maravich and Chris Caswell as the wittiest lovers in all of literature, Benedick and Beatrice.
