Stories On Stage: Magpie Pie

Stories on Stage will bring stories to life for kids of all ages! Join us for presentations of plays for kids read by local actors age 8 and up and presented in a format even the littlest among us will enjoy.

For our first event, we are excited to bring you a staged reading of Magpie Pie, an original play cooperatively conceived by Dirt Road Theater’s winter session students, ages 4.5-12. This reading will be performed by the students themselves, with a little help from a few local grown-up actors. Join us to find out what happens when a kingdom famous for their pies experiences the ultimate horror: a great pie famine!
