The Beckett Theatre
The Beckett Theatre features fixed, plush seating as well as heat and air conditioning. Located on the lower level of the Theatre Row complex, the Beckett Theatre's wide stage gives every audience member a great view.

Acorn Theatre
The Acorn Theatre is the largest theatre in the Theatre Row complex, holding 199 seats. Located on the 3rd floor, this theatre features plush fixed seating, heat and air conditioning as well as a wide stage, making every seat in the house the best seat in the house.

Clurman Theatre
The Clurman Theatre, although it has the same name as its predecessor, bears no resemblence to it. This brand new theatre features fixed, plush seating as well as heat and air conditioning. Located on the lower level of the Theatre Row complex, the Clurman Theatre's wide stage gives every audience member a great view.

Kirk Theatre
The Kirk Theatre holds 99 seats. It is located on the second floor of the Theatre Row Complex and it features fixed, plush seating as well as heat and air conditioning. The theatre holds the four walls of the original Kirk Theatre (although it resides one floor higher). The theatre was completely renovated and re-christened The Kirk Theatre (after the developer of Manhattan Plaza, Rodney Kirk).

Lion Theatre
The Lion Theatre is one of the smaller theatres in the Theatre Row complex at 88 seats. It is located on the first floor and it features fixed, plush seating as well as heat and air conditioning. The theatre holds the four walls of the original Clurman Theatre. The theatre was completely renovated and re-christened The Lion Theatre (after the Lion Theatre Company which used to perform on Theatre Row).

Studio Theatre
The Studio Theatre is a 55 seat “Black Box” theatre ideal for readings and small performances. The space comes with a piano, a two-scene preset light board and 15 lighting instruments. Available by the hour, day or week, the Studio Theatre is a great space to introduce people to your work at a lower cost with all the benefits of working in a complex on 42nd Street.
