In 2000, Paul Orgel performed the first concert ever on Capital City Concerts, and now he returns for the inaugural concert of the 25th season. Louis Moyse, the guiding force behind Capital City Concerts called him "a pianist of depth and warmth with a beautiful pianistic touch."
