Something Rotten is a hilarious mash-up of 16th century Shakespeare and 21st century Broadway.. Time Out New York hailed it as the funniest musical in 400 years. This musical farce is filled with word play, musical, historical and Shakespeare references. It's bawdy, boisterous and brilliant and that's just the opening number.
