Rena Dimes

Rena, a natural-born mover-and-shaker, has over 20 years of cumulative dance, martial arts, athletic, and circus training under her belt. Although Rena has focused specifically on circus for the past 8 years as an aerialist and contortionist, she began studying both ballet and Tae Kwon Do at 4 years old and received her 2nd degree black belt when she was just 15. Rena trained in the New England Center for Circus Arts’ (NECCA) Intensive Professional Performance Program and graduated in 2017 with a major in aerial double slings and a minor in contortion. Most recently Rena has been performing across Europe with AIDA Cruises, but not be more excited to come back home to Cirque Us for a second summer on the road!
