The Creative Campus at Goddard

The Creative Campus is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivating a dynamic, intentional community where people of all ages come together to foster creative expression, live holistically, and co-create new models of community living.

We honor Goddard's legacy of progressive education and address today's most pressing issues - such as housing, aging, and health - through innovative programming and events. We serve as a hub for those who seek to grow, learn, and connect, while respecting the area's rich educational and creative heritage.​

Originally Greatwood Farm, once described as Vermont's Finest Farm, later owned by Goddard College from 1938- 2024, now being redeveloped into a community for creative living that includes senior living and workforce housing, event and enrichment space, hiking, farming and gathering.
