The Montpelier Community Gospel Choir presents our annual concert in honor of Black History Month: “Clap Your Hands.” This concert celebrates African American history through the gospel music of Kurt Carr, Percy Gray, Jr., and Edwin Hawkins, along with songs by Moses Hogan and traditional Spirituals. This year, we are joined by the gifted vocalist, Dr. Jolie Rocke of Houston, TX! Come ready to clap your hands with us in joy, hope, and inspiration!
Performances of our “Clap Your Hands” Concert will take place Saturday, February 22 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, February 23 at 4:00 p.m.
