Ivan Jermyn

Ivan is a Physical Theater Artist, Clown, and Circus Performer from Vermont. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Physical Theater Performance from Coastal Carolina University (CCU), and is a graduate of the One-Year Physical Theater Intensive Program at Accademia Dell’Arte (ADA)  in Tuscany. As a circus artist, Ivan has performed with the Cirque Du Soleil Entertainment Group, Cirque Us, Cirque Dreams, Circus Smirkus, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Italian Embassy USA. 

Original staged works include PUTT PUTT,  a Mainstage production at CCU, and Unearthed, a performance from the ADA graduating class of 2019. Most recently, Ivan was a featured circus artist in Pagliacci, by Opera Vermont at the Highland center for the Arts. He has performed in award-winning shows at the Cannonball Fringe Festival (Philadelphia, PA - 2022, 2023), the Rochester Fringe Festival (Rochester, NY - 2022, 2023, 2024), and at PLEX (Burlington VT - 2023, 2024). 

Other accomplishments include breathing life and movement into the virtual celebrities Guggimon, Janky, and Dayzee, from SUPERPLASTIC through Performance and Motion Capture. He has starred as these characters across various social media platforms, garnering millions of views, appearing in Fortnite, and collaborating alongside artists such as Post Malone, Vince Staples, Gorillaz, Armani Caesar, and more.
